Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of receipt of payment. All products and original paintings are shipped directly from the artist’s studio in the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders from the UK, International, and non-EU countries will be shipped by Royal Mail with tracking numbers provided.

Due to the recent implementation of the EU General Product Safety Regulations, we are currently unable to dispatch orders to destinations within the European Union and Northern Ireland.

Please ensure the delivery address provided at the time of order is complete and accurate. The artist cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss of items resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the buyer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. The seller bears no responsibility for delays or other impacts resulting from customs processing.

Returns

I do not accept returns for any products or original paintings. If a non-original product (prints/ merchandise only) arrives damaged during shipment, I will replace the item at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please photograph the damaged package and email the images along with your order number to renatachristinep.art@gmail.com.
