How long does it take to deliver?

The processing time for an order is 2–3 days before dispatch.

UK: 2-4 business days to deliver.

International: 3-4 weeks to deliver. So it's best to plan ahead if your order needs to arrive at a specific time.

Which courier service are you using?

I ship all orders with Royal Mail.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes — every shipping option includes a tracking number.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

I will ensure that every order is packed using the most secure and appropriate materials available. Once a shipment has been transferred to the designated courier, responsibility for the package and any subsequent damage transfers to that courier. Consequently, I cannot be held liable for loss or damage occurring after dispatch and am not obligated to issue refunds for such shipping-related incidents.
